Mum’s Watermelon Shake

Ingredients
- 1 watermelon
- 4 limes
- 1 jar of honey
Instructions
- Trim off the ends of your watermelon and remove the outer layer. It’s important when choosing your watermelon you find the one with the biggest yellow spot. This will give you the tastiest one.
- Roughly chop the watermelon and place in the freezer overnight.
- Once its frozen, blitz it in a blender with some lime juice, a tsp of honey and a good splash of water.
- Once it’s smooth, taste a season with more lime juice or honey and serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
