Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Peel your apples, Cut into quarters and remove the core. Then roughly chop.
Add your 60g of sugar into a frying pan. Place on a medium heat until you have a dark caramel.
Add in 20g of butter and your apples. Cook down for 3-4 minutes.
Then add your Blackberrys, zest of 1 orange and a juice of half the orange. Cook down for a few minutes. Taste and season and then place into your ovenproof dish.
For the topping; add your plain flour and cold cube butter into a bowl. Rub the butter into the flour with you fingertips until it looks like breadcrumbs.
Add in both types of sugar and oats and mix to combine.
Add the crumble topping on top of the apple filling. Add a few thin slices of butter on top with a tablespoon of brown sugar on top. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
