- 250 g ground beef
- 1 tin of black beans
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 150 ml of beef stock
- 1 white onion
- 6 beef tomatoes
- A handful of coriander
- 20 ml olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 avocados
- 2 limes
- A handful of Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 tub of sour cream
- 1 jar of jalapeños
