Creamy Salmon Pasta
A perfect midweek meal for you and the whole family. Big on flavour and requires not much effort. My kinda recipe!

- 180 g dried pasta
- 2 banana shallots
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Splash of white wine 100ml
- 200 ml double cream
- 100 g peas
- Handful of tender stem broccoli
- Handful of grated parmesan
- 2 fillets of hot smoked salmon
Bring a pan of water up to the boil. Season with salt, add the pasta and boil for 8 minutes.
Slice the shallots and cook in a pan for a few minutes.
Crush your garlic and add to the shallots and cook for a further minute.
Add in your white white and cook off the alcohol.
Add your cream and reduce for a few minutes.
Chop your broccoli and add to the pan with the pasta and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Finish the sauce with the salmon, peas and Parmesan and season with salt and black pepper.
Add your pasta and broccoli to the pan and mix to combine.
